I am selling my Mercedes Benz 500SL hardtop convertable, it is very clean inside and out. It comes with an extra set of chrome mercedes 16x8 wheels w/tires including the ultra rare 2pc AMG by BBS 18x8 front and 18x10 rear as seen on the vehicle pics. The car has brand new, less than 1000mi on Pirelli Rosso Pzero tires, 245/40/18 front and wide 315/30/18 rears. These tires really fill up the wheel wells and give the mercedes that sporty euro look. This is not a real AMG car but has the emblem on the rear trunk, it somes off easily. The car has been meticulously cared for and recently had a new radiator, all hoses, belts, heater core, evaporator changed out. AC has been recharged and upgraded to r134 type. Nice clean interior with leather, power windows, seats, mirrors, stereo cassette deck with 10 disk changer by Mercedes/Becker, door locks, cruise control, AC is very cold, vacuum system work works great, ALL DASH INDICATOR LIGHTS WORK AND NONE ARE ON INDICATING PROBLEMS. The hydraulics for the soft top does not work and the headliner for the hard top needs reinstalled, it is all intact though, as far as the soft top goes it is so easy to manually pop up the top if your out with the hard top off that I just never bothered to fix them. This car is a great buy, very reliable and has many many more miles to cruise. It has absolutely NO rust, has 7 step factory paint and corrosion coating and is originally a California car, it was built when Mercedes built em solid. I have a copy of the original window sticker which was over $95,000 not including the AMG wheel option. Mercedes trunk tool kit included. It is a very fast car with 326hp, 4speed automatic transmission and drives smoothly. I am looking to get a car for a project car, this car just does not need to be tinkered with which is what i am looking for. I will consider trades as partial payment or perhaps an even trade if your car is what I am looking for. I am looking for a late model Volkswagon Karmann Ghia, Bug - Beetle, Porsche, If you have an older vehicle you may want to trade just ask, it does not hurt to ask.
