The Welbike was a British single-seat motorcycle devised during World War II, used by Special Operations Executives (SOE), it has the distinction of being the smallest motorcycle ever used by the British Armed Forces. The Villiers 2 stroke motor turns and was running, (I actually rode it) when I put it on display 3 years ago. It has the original seat cover and the tires. This bike is the most complete I ever seen for sale. Good luck.
