This is a great bike and super clean. i get compliments all the time. people are always surprised that its a '97. I have owned the bike for 2 years 4 months. in that time the bike has spent 1 night outside. it has never been rained on while in my possesion. I clean it every time i ride it. -new battery this year -new tires less than 200 miles of road time. -I NEVER WHEELED THE BIKE -I HAVE NEVER DROPPED,LAYED DOWN,SCRAPED, DENTED,DINGED or any other word that implies fucking up MY BIKE. -This is my third bike and i love it. so will you. its ready to ride. inspection done this summer. -the bike is fast i am able to keep up with my friends (R1, cbr1000, and hyabusa's) maybe becasue i take more of a risk at high speeds but no one ever took off from me. not jsut speed but corners. this bike takes corners amazing. The real reason i am selling.... (1st)I never ride it. i live in an apt. in town and have nowhere to store the bike. I store the bike at a relatives shed (20 minutes away). therefore if i want to ride i basically have to devote a whole day to riding. At first it was'tn a big deal, but i work on the road also so i have only weekends to ride. i just NEVER HAVE TIME. If i had a place to store the bike where i am living. so i can just cruise around for a little bit every now and then, I WOULD NEVER SELL IT. I was even just going to hold onto it... (2nd)I am also getting married. the wedding has cost a little more than we thought and could honestly use this little bit to help us out. Its not really needed but would make me a lot less stressed. I am off this week. so if you need any other pictures i can send via cell or email. its an awesome bike both in looks an performance. I Noticed int he pictures the front graphics look orange while the others are red.... this is not the case. all graphics are red. the light must of hitting it just right. i included two pictures to show the front the same color. since i have new tires on the bike the front no longer has red treads. its a metzler front and a perreli rear. i have done half the tread on the rear in red. look at pictures,if you still have questions, ask, i will answer.
