Vehicle Detail
1971 Buick LeSabre Custom 2DR Hardtop. 350 auto. Been in storage many years. Runs and drives fine but probably will need a carb kit. Exhaust is shot. Has old bias ply tires on it. Vinyl top is yellowed. Body has a little rust around rear wheel openings, and a little around front wheel openings. Car is solid otherwise. Paint has imperfections, blemishes etc. Interior is in very good condition, seats are nice, dash isn't cracked, steering wheel is mint. Car has aftermarket under dash A/C and aftermarket cruise. I haven't tried either to see if they work. Has an aftermarket in dash 8-track player w/ working radio. Clear title. Ask questions before bidding. Buyer is responsible for making and paying for their own shipping arrangements. Car sold "AS IS". Deposit of $500 to be made through Paypal with 24 hrs. after auction closes. Buyer must contact me within 24 hours to make arrangements to complete the sale Balance due in 2 weeks. Car to be picked up at my residence in 30 days. Thanks!!!On Sep-03-11 at 11:06:58 PDT, seller added the following information: Here are some updates. The car does need a paint job as there are a lot of rock chip areas that need to be sandblasted and repainted. The RH tail light is damaged. Although the car runs and drives fine it hasn't been on the road in many years so I can't vouch for its roadworthiness. The doors shut nice and the FM radio does work. I took a look under the car and although there is a lot of scale I can't see any rust holes on the floor pans or frame rails. I lifted the trunk mat and from what I could see there aren't any rust holes in the trunk pan. I've added a couple pictures. Keep the questions coming. Thanks!!
