bike is in great shape and starts on the first pull only selling because it goes a little to fast for my son. there is no title because there never was one when i bought it from the dealer he said that pocket bikes do not have titles ebay wouldnt let me sell it outside of ebay motors so i had to put it here. anyway its been rode about 7 times since i bought it last xmas. also i only take paypal payment and shipping is 95.00 ups. sorry cannot ship to california
