Vehicle Detail

This is a 1971 Honda Scrambler CL175,I got this bike for my girls 7 years ago and it has sat in the garage the past 5, The bike was in running condtion when i put it away, I had the carbs rebuilt and the tires were new at the time, The bike is in over all good condition for the age . This is being sold AS IS and is not running at this time, but it could be from just sitting for so long I DO NOT HAVE A TITLE FOR THIS BIKE, i orginaly got it off my brother and he said he could apply for a title for the new owner but it would run around 100.00. i will give info to new owner if wanted. There are a few extra to go along, carbs, shocks and another side panel, i have the orginal side covers for the bike but they are not on it. WINNING BID MUST ARANGE FOR LOCAL PICK UP OR SHIPPING PAYMENT MUST BE RECEIVED WITH IN 7 DAYS OF CLOSE OF AUCTION, PAY PAL OR CASH UPON PICK-UP EMAIL WITH ANY QUESTIONS OR IF ANY ADDITONAL PICS ARE WANTED..... griff05@hotmail.com The CL175K5 Scrambler 175 was sold in 1971 and came in three available colors: Candy Topaz Orange, Strato Blue Metallic, or Poppy Yellow Metallic. The gas tank stripe was black. The fuel tank, side covers, fenders, and upper forks are the basic color (orange, blue, or yellow). The muffler heat shield was chrome. The front fender is low mounted. The frame was a tubular cradle design. The cylinders were vertical. The engine was a 174cc OHC parallel twin linked to a 5-speed transmission. The serial number began CL175. On Aug-30-11 at 06:36:17 PDT, seller added the following information: I have had some questions sent about getting a title for this bike, This bike is orginaly from Texas, I called Texas DMV this morning and found out that the bike was titled in September 1971,They are only showing one owner. In order to get a title for this bike , The new owner would have to get a bonded title, There is a form on the Texas DMV that can be done from any home computer, I DO NOT KNOW WHAT COST ARE INVOLVED. only that a title can be recovered. If any more details are needed, any one can call the Texas DMV and find out the answers I AM SELLING THIS BIKE WITH NO TITLE, I AM NOT SURE HOW LONG THIS PROCESS WILL TAKE TO GET A TITLE AND I DO NOT WANT TO PULL THIS AUCTION WAITING TO GET A TITLE This bike was used off road while i had it and i never had a need to get a title or insurance on it.
