Here in this auction we have a very clean and reliable 1997 Staurn SC2 Sport Coupe. It has been in the same family since it was new. I am the 4th owner in the same family. Everyone that had the car loved it and always took care of it. My sister was last to have it before me. She just had a baby and needed to buy a car that was more baby friendly. She gave me the car and I don't need it. So I am selling the car and all the money is going to pay for a fraction of college cost for my nephew. We all know how much that cost. And we all know this car price won't put a dent in it, but every little bit will help. Anyway as for the car. It was always well taken care of. It has a few small issues that are NOT a big deal. They can be fixed or just left the way they are. One is the sunroof leaks. It was sealed off a while ago with silicone. It can be fixed by just replacing the seal. My sister was a lazy ass and didn't use it so she just sealed it shut. 2nd is the trunk has a small leak as well. The rubber around the edge needs to be replaced. That is all the problems it has. This car runs good and is always reliable. It just had all the fluids changed. All the filters where just changed. I just did the plugs, wires, cap, rotor, etc... It has new front brakes, rotors and pads. The rear brakes where done last year and still have another year to go. It just passed NYS inspection with flying colors. The battery was also just replaced 2 months ago. All 4 tires were just replaced 6-7 months ago. All this car needs is a new driver. The mechanics are all good in this car. It does have an after market radio installed years ago. It works and sounds great. Just want you to know everything about the car. I am not trying to hide anything. The car never had and major issues and all the maintance was always done on time. Now for the body. The body is in good shape for the year. It has normal nicks and scratches and bumps. Nothing major. NO Accidents ever. Check the car fax that is offered here on ebay for free. I took pictures of all scratches and damage to the body. Please check them out. The only thing that I think looks bad is the rear bumper. It has a scratch and a hole the size of a golf ball. My sister backed into something a long time ago. Not hard just enough to put a small hole and make it look bad. There is a scratch on the passenger side down low in front of the rear tire and door. There are a few small scratches here and there but nothing worth talking about. Please check all pics. If you request a pic of something please ask. I will take it and send them to you asap. I will hold the car for a few days if you waiting for a shipper. It must be paid in full before the shipper comes. I have the car listed locally and have the right to end the auction if it is sold locally before the auctions ends.
