Your looking at one of the finest examples of a Maverick. This car was stripped down to bare metal and refinished in Med. blue metallic Imron paint. The body is extremely straight. No dents. No orange peel. Polished to a high gloss. This car has made many car shows since it was completed back in 1997. Since then it has been garage kept and has never been driven in the rain or even washed! The bumpers were changed to the early style. They have been re-chromed with a copper base. All other chrome is NOS condition. No pits or blisters. High luster. The 302ci has been rebuilt, (less than 3K miles) .030 over bore, high strength rod bolts, high volume oil pump, comp cams 268H, full roller rockers, 351 windsor heads ported with oversize valves and hardened valve seats, double springs, 7/16" rocker studs w/guide plates, high volume water pump, true roller timing chain, Performer RPM intake, Speed Demon 650cfm carb., Mallory electronic ignition, Chrome alternator, Power disc brakes,(5-lug front and rear), Rebuilt C-4 with shift kit and B&M 2200 stall converter, Headman headers, 2 1/4" Flowmasters. New front suspension components, shocks front and rear. New leaf spring bushings. New drive shaft, u-joints, and 3.25:1 ring gear. The interior has also been repainted. Carpet was also replaced. New padded vinyl top. Seatbelts are also new. Tires are less than a year old. The car drives very smooth and straight. This car draws a crowd everywhere. You just dont find many in this condition.
