Hello All, I am open to trading for a 4WD SUV, or 4x4 extended cab trucks - NO FORDS. PLEASE READ BELOW ABOUT TRADES 2003 Acura TL Type-S. Nighthawk Black Pearl with beige leather interior. 139,XXX mostly highway miles. New transmission installed at Smithtown Acura in NY in August 2007 when the car had about 86,000 miles. Car is fully loaded with power everything, 260hp V6 which has great power, SportShift manual or automatic 5spd transmission, factory Acura DVD NAVIGATION system, Bose 6-CD stereo w/XM Satellite radio w/remote custom installed and hid away in the fold down sunglass holder, moonroof, factory alarm & keyless entry with 2 remotes, heated seats & mirrors, OnStar, etc. Injen cold air intake system, TEIN S-Tech suspension springs, rear trunk lip spoiler, ceramic coated brake calipers w/ custom ACURA lettering, brand new pair of SS 4" exhaust tips, new 4300K HID bulbs, new shocks & MOOG rear swaybar links in 2008, just installed a set of new 18" Kyowa Racing KR206 wheels that are gloss black with a polished outer lip and new 225/40-18 Kuhmo Ecsta tires about 500 miles on the new wheels and tires. I also have the factory Acura 17" Type-S wheels that will go with the car. Factory Acura front and rear body kit lips. Cross drilled front rotors, new rear rotors and pads about 500 miles ago as well. Alignment was done about 4 months ago. New platinum plugs with about 1000 miles on them. Timing belt and water pump were replaced at 120,000 miles, the car has always had regular maintenance done and has been very well taken care of. The red hose coverings in the engine compartment can be removed if you do not like it, which I understand not everyone will. If you, prefer, I can remove it before you take delivery of the vehicle, as it will only take about 5 minutes to remove. The car is in overall good condition. It is black and has not been stored in a garage all of it's life - only a few years. The rest of the time it was parked on the side of the road in Manhatten while I was attending law school, so please do not expect the paint to be perfect. There are a few scratches on the car, one very small dent on the hood that is barely noticeable, and another small dent on the upper driver's side A-pillar just about where it meets the roof panel - I have tried to photo this as best as possible. I tried taking some good photos, but since the car is black and it is sunny out I keep getting reflections. I recently clay-barred the whole car and when cleaned and waxed the paint looks quite nice. I have about $100 of cleaners/wax, etc especially for black paint that go with the car sale. The car was in one minor accident in 2006 that required some repair work to the front end. The car runs and drives very well; no known issues from recent inspection. It has a VERY smooth ride. The car will need an oil change soon and the light on the dash will let you know when, but that is about it. It has been my DD since 2004. Car is also factory undercoated so rust is not an issue. Car has been very reliable. Only reason for selling is that I just purchased a brand new car and the dealers are giving practically nothing on trade-ins these days.
