This auction will be for a good reliable 2001 Volkswagen Jetta. This front wheel drive four door sport sedan has a Blue exterior finish with a clean Black cloth interior. This Jetta is the Wolfsburg Edition and comes nicely equip with power windows, power door locks, power mirrors, tilt wheel steering, air conditioning, cruise control, a factory am/fm/cassette/cd player, a power sunroof, heated seats and rear window defrost. The drivetrain is a smooth and strong running 1.8 liter turbocharged four cylinder engine with a manual five speed transmission and power four wheel disc brakes. The four cylinder engine runs great, the turbo pulls nicely and the clutch and five speed transmission shift smooth as well. The other mechanics on this Jetta, to include the brakes, suspension and steering are all tight and this is a nice driving vehicle. We have all our vehicles serviced and safety inspected before we sell them and if there is a problem it gets corrected before the sale. This Jetta checks out great and is a nice dependable vehicle. The non smokers Black cloth interior has a nice clean appearance. There is a full floor console, headrests on the seats, dual front and side SRS airbags and a fold down rear seat. There is a small tear on the drivers side floor carpet but other than that the interior is clean. There are no other rips or tears and the cloth seating is clean. The center console arm rest support is broken (typical on Volkswagens) but it is complete. All the electrical items are working correctly, including the air conditioning and power sunroof and there are no warning lights on in the dash. Overall everything is clean and there is a nice original appearance. The Blue exterior body also is in good condition and very original. We see no signs of any previous accidents or repairs but there are a lot of small flaws to mention. There are some road rock paint chips on the front hood end, a small crack in the front spoiler and a road rock star in the windshield. There are some scratches on the rear bumper, a couple small parking lot style door dings and the custom 16" BBS alloy wheels have corrosion. Overall these imperfections are just typical of a daily driven car of this age. There is no rust, no dents and no unmentioned damage. The paint still has a nice shine and the Jetta is a good solid vehicle with a good original appearance. If you do not mind the small little things, the Jetta looks fine. With only 117,002 miles this 2001 Volkswagen Jetta Wolfsburg Edition front wheel drive four door sport sedan is a good reliable and solid vehicle to own. The engine and mechanics are in great shape and the interior is clean as well. The exterior has all the small little flaws as mentioned above but still is a good looking vehicle. The tires are in great shape and we still need to have the Jetta professionally cleaned and detailed. Overall this is a great dependable vehicle for the back to school commuter, daily driver or even first time driver. FEDELE AUTO SALES 1-6 SCALE CONDITION RATING 1: As new condition. Probably has the normal cosmetic wear, but is in very nice clean condition. 3: Does have more noticeable cosmetic flaws, but still has a nice appearance and is a mechanically sound vehicle. 4: May have more than the normal amount of cosmetic flaws and/or need mechanical work, but still is a decent vehicle. 5: Vehicle needs work and/or cosmetics. May run and drive, but has problems. 6: Non operating vehicle. Probably best used for parts. + : Indicates a stronger numerical rating. - : Indicates a lesser numerical rating. If confirmation is not received within 24 hours Fedele Auto Sales reserves the right to cancel this auction or sell to any qualified bidder. 6)PAYMENT METHOD:Full payment for this vehicle is to be be paid within (5) days. This is to be done with one of the following methods: Bank to Bank wire transfer, Credit Card, Paypal, Bank Check or Money Order. Credit Card payments are subject to a 3% processing fee. We will not accept Paypal transfers over $250. Financing is not available at this time. 7)DELIVERY METHODS: A)Door to door shipping is acceptable. There are an endless number of transporters and brokers ready to serve you. We recommend you search the Internet for quotes prior to bidding. We will assist with the delivery any way we can. B)Massachusetts does not issue temporary license plates. So we use this standard procedure for out of state transactions. We ask that the buyer makes full payment on the vehicle. Once payment has been received and cleared, we will overnight mail to you the title and our bill of sale. At this point the buyer can register and acquire plates for pick up. Every State tends to have different laws so please check your state first if this is a concern. C)To Fly-In-Drive-Home, please use Logan Airport, Boston, MA. as the airport of choice. From there take the Logan Express Shuttle to Woburn, MA. This is about a ten minute ride and a courtesy pick up from us is available at that point. 8)Payment is to be received in full and all payment methods must clear before the release of the vehicle and/or any paperwork can be given. 9)Unless agreed upon, the vehicle is to be picked up within (7) days. After (7) days the vehicle will be brought to a storage facility subject to their liens for release. 10)Not concurring with any of the above terms could result in a loss of this sale.
