For sale is a 1950 Chrysler Windsor Newport 2 dr. cp. Gray exterior. Black roof. Six cyl. spitfire high compression engine, prestomatic fluid drive tranny. Car is original drivetrain, very solid body, floors, trunk & frame. Exterior at one time was painted and is in good condition, interior needs complete reastoration, have all very good condition trim, pot metal, s.s. trim , extra dash trim. headliner is good, seats are there but need redo as well as panels in doors. All parts are in car , the dash parts are in boxes, the gauge cluster is in.Body lines are nice, these cars have no post, lower rooflines than most other models at this time and was told the production was much lower so it may be a harder to find model. This is a nice rolling complete car, also read about the durability of the tranny & motor. I have had the car running and the motor & tranny work, shift,the fuel system should be cleaned , the carbureter is new,many, parts with car.My plan is to restorod and i do not wish to see it changed being so original, that is why i have offered for sale .Have paperwork, title, shop manual too. Includes four radial whitewall tires that come with car. Any trim not seen in pictures is in the car ,the glass is all very good condition, car was stored inside until today so would like to see it go to an appreciative enthusiast.
