The car runs and drives and could make a long trip with no known issues. It has the swing-away steering wheel and all power options. · This car is completely rust free (except for the lower parts of the battery box). · The floors have been sandblasted and painted with POR-15 (see picture). · New carpets with new Jute backing have been installed. · New windshield and rubber seal. All other glass is good. · The 390 Engine has been completely rebuilt and runs perfect. It has less than 10 miles and has no leaks. · Engine details: ($3000 spent on parts and machine shop labor). o Block bored .030” over. o Main and Rod crank journals ground .010” under. o New cam and lifters. o New Edelbrock Performer Intake Manifold o 750 CFM Demon 4BBL carburetor. o Water pump, Oil Pump, and all internal parts are new. The transmission works as it should and has new gaskets and seals. What the car needs to be a quality restoration is mostly upholstery. It has fresh paint in "Hot Rod Black". The trim pieces and many spares (like a spare gas tank) are included. The license plates expired in 1980. This is a California car and has been indoors in a time capsule for 30 years and thus has not seen the resulting wear and tear. This car is located in Southern Oregon. I am listing this for a friend who has the clear title in hand. Inspections are welcome and I will work with the winning bidder to arrange transportation.
