Truck has 205,489 miles with the oil, oil filter, fuel filter and air filter changed every 5,000 miles.. Truck has a new water pump installed a month ago.. See pic's, drivers door has some minor damage. Engine is making a noise that I had checked out and the service guys says he can not give me the exact cause unless he tears into the engine. I just don't have the money at this time to spend on my truck.. Noise can be heard at idle, but goes away on acceleration and returns once at normal driving condition..
