Vehicle Detail
1930 Ford Model A 2 Dr. Sedan. The car is all original condition and unrestored. The car has original blue paint with black fenders. It has great original patina and not reproduced patina. The brown color on the car is the original Ford primer. The body is dent free. Everything on the car fits great. The doors shut perfect. This car was taken out of 34 years of dry storage. It was driven until 1977 and not in the winter. The fenders are very good. The right fender has a very old steel patch where it meets the running board and is hardly noticeable. The left rear fender has a 1 inch crack and very small dings. All of the windows are in good shape and the windshield does have a crack. The top is old but in very good shape. The interior had a small squirrel cause damage and some of the matierial has been removed. The headlights and radiator shell are original and in good shape. The car has the original horn. The left running board has had an old time tin repair which adds to the nostalgic appearance. The wood top bows are in good shape. The car has the original floor boards and kick panels. The runs very nice and the motor sounds good. There are no rear main leaks. The radiator does not leak. The shift shifts very nice with no noises or grinds. The brakes work very good and the park brake works good. The clutch is fine. The generator charges good. The vehicle has optional oil pressure guage and idles at 25-30 lbs. The tires have good thread and hold air, but are old. The car has new hoses, belt, battery, coil, points and condensor and a new oil change. The title is a 1968 Minnesota old time title. It does not have a motor number on the title, so if that bothers you please bid accordingly. It should be no problem, but no guarantees. This car would be a great driver as is. It is truly a great survivor and it is 99% complete and original. Please do not bid on this car unless you intend to pay for it. This vehicle is being sold as is with no warranties or guarantees. We can store the car for 30 days or more if paid for. The buyer will be responsible for making arrangements for the shipping and the cost. We will help load at our location.
