Hello, I am listing this Europa for my father who has decided to sell it. Personally, I restore vintage race cars and build custom cars as well. This Europa is a very nice example that has been cared for throughout its life. IE. never a basket case and restored. I personally drove the car and find it to be delightfull. Graphite & red 1/8” stripe, Lotus hub caps come with the car too(dog dish style) Suspension: 4 wheel independent, front disc brakes, rear drum, new pads & shoes, new flex line to calipers, new fluid, spax adjustable shocks Engine compartment: K & N air filters, twin Webbers (40 mm), 1565 cc Renault engine with crossflow head, aluminuim Lotus valve cover, new battery, fresh engine oil & filler, new transmission oil, exhaust new stainless steel pipe with Super Trap, nicely detailed engine compartment, engine in excellent health and state of tune. Body: fiberglass, no cracks or damage (no history of accidents, no visual signs of repair), double red & gold vinyl striping down the middle 13” wide, paint pearl white, car was originally yellow with no signs of original yellow color, age of paint unknown, but quality good with only minor hairline cracks in paint typical of fiberglass bodies , nice lustre & shine Bright work: front bumper new, rear bumper good with minor chrome defects in chrome, badges- Lotus letters fair chrome, Europa badge new, S2 badge good, world championship badge good, window trim good, mirrors good, light bezels good, hub caps good Light lenses: headlights excellent, front turn signals good, front side reflectors excellent, rear side reflectors excellent, rear lenses (running, brake& reverse) excellent Glass: windshield excellent, side glass excellent, rear glass excellent Weather stripping: windshield exc., side glass exc., rear glass exc., door good, front hood new Undercarriage: fender wells fresh paint, steel frame & fiberglass very good with fresh paint Interior: cloth seats & door panels- black with light gray trim exc., carpeting black exc.
