Don't let this true survivor get away! Up for bid is a well maintained, low mileage, 1991 Mustang LX Hatchback 5.0 The Good: This car has been meticulously maintained since day one. Only 61k miles, 5.0 liter v8, auto tranny, power windows, locks, and driver seat. Bone stock except for cat back exhaust. AC blows cold, all accessories work on the car. Weatherstrips and seals all in great condition. Exterior is straight and super shiney, no previous wrecks. Tires are practically brand new. Has a cat back exhaust system, unsure of manufacturer, has a nice mellow tone to it. Car is mechanically sound with no known issues. The Bad: There are only 4 flaws that are worth mentioning with the car. Last pictures below are in the order listed here. Passenger side top of front fender has small chips (penny laying beside them) Drivers rear quarter panel just above pinstripe there is a small scratch (holding penny next to it) Hatch cover/tarp has holes rubbed through it, unsure how this happened, was this way when I purchased the car. On the vehicle check it states that there is an odometer issue. This is not the case. If you look at the report, the last title issue date of 6-14-2011 the local recorders office put in 0 miles due to vehicle age as they do not track mileage on vehicles this old. This in turn flagged the vehicle as having a discrepency. I supplied them with the title to be transfered to my name and had 59k miles written on it...the recorder failed to input the mileage which in turn has caused the issue you see in the report. You may rest assured that I am dilligently working with the recorders office to fix thier mistake! The car is 100% as described with no issues that are mentioned in the report. Autocheck stated that once they recieved a faxed copy of my current clean title they would fix the red flag on their report that shows "not actual mileage". They stated that the system should be updated and reflect accurately by no later than Wednesday evening. Title is being faxed out first thing Tuesday the 9th of August so AutoCheck can make the needed corrections.
