I'm selling my 72 landcruiser which is located in Chatsworth Georgia. It has some body damage on the right rear quarter panel. It woul be simple enough to hammer out by a qualified body repair shop. I have pictures of the spot. There is hardly no rust that I can see except for right at the bottom of the rear doors. I have bought an sold several of these over the years and this would be the easiest to restore to show room condition. I have redone alot worse. Mechanically it is as perfect as a FJ40 should be. It is the original F engine with a recently(100 miles) rebuilt carbureator and head. IT can sit for months and fires off the first turn. No spitting an sputtering but very smooth power. 4x4 works flawlessly and is smooth. The owner before me did the clutch which I still have. The windshield is cracked but I have a brand new one in a crate. The dash is cracked pretty bad but I also have a new dash cover still in the box. The speedometer and odometer doesnt work. I have driven on 40 mile trips quite often and is a pleasure with the top off in the summer. It also has all the original seats which is the rarest thing I've seen yet. I personally added the roll bars. It also has the disc brake conversion which is quite a step up from the factory drums. And it has power brake booster which makes driving easy. The top is structurally sound but it needs mounting hardware. The metal rim that bolts the top down is rusty. You can used it as it is complete but I would rather have it off during the hot months anyway. If your able you should come by to see it because it is sold as is. In my opinion it is the best unrestored FJ I have ever seen. And I am advertising elsewhere so it could end at anytime. Any questions call 706-264-6275
