Where to start, Oh yea, THE FRAME IS CRACKED on BOTH SIDES. This is a parts truck ONLY!!! Lets see what else. Oh, SEVERE RUST!!!! I purchased this truck new, It served me well. The stahl utility box had rusted to the point where it had to be removed. Upstate NY salt (gees). I was thinking of building a flat bed on it just for a small construction truck to get into easements, you know 4X4 and all. when I found the frame cracked. And so much for that. With all this bad there must be some good right? Right, The 5.9 Cummins diesel runs strong and has never given me a problem at all.. The overdrive auto trans has only about 3000 miles on it from a dealer installed NEW transmission with 2 years of warranty still on it. The rest of the drive train works well, front end rebuilt 2 or 3 years ago rear end rebuilt maybe 4 or 5 years ago. It still drives like a cady, but I wouldn't drive it. The Boom is a 1997 Versalift SST-36N. The boom works well on the hydraulic side, which controls all movement. However the wire harness in the boom is apart and the engine start/stop. throttle control and 12v emergency power switches don't work on the boom. They do work from the lower controls. The boom is a good candidate for transfer to a new truck if the harness is fixed. it also has a 1&1/2 size basket which is in good shape. Ask questions through eBay mail system please.
