Beautiful Jaguar Saloon 4.2Litre XK 6 cylinder engine with an automatic transmission. Runs and drives wonderfully. Solid, quiet and smooth this car is in need of nothing mechanically. Very clean light gray leather interior is in great condition for its’ age. I just installed a NOS (new old stock) Walnut dash and door wood all around. I also added opera lights for the rear seat passengers and a Moto Lita classic wood steering wheel. An aftermarket Alpine AM/FM/CD was installed using the stock speakers. The headlights have been converted to Hella H1/H4 European style and a Euro headlight switch was fitted. The car has excellent Khumo tires with XJS cross spoke alloy wheels. Recent tune-up & strong battery this cars fires right up. OEM mudguards, tinted windows, and foglights. The previous owner added a Clifford alarm/remote entry system. The alarm has been disabled (but supposedly still functions as all the compentry is still there) and the remote access functions as it should with the included key fob. Some minor rust is beginning to show itself at the base of the front windshield and a spot on the sunroof(see pics). Also a small thin paint spot on the hood(see pic). Owners manuals, jack and a comprehensive file of my 3 years of ownership and more is also included. Clean California title with current registration. Price is a bit negotiable and trades for another vintage vehicle of equal value will be considered. This is a fine example of a classic Jaguar, the buyer will not be disappointed.
