I bought this 69 mach 1 about 5 years ago to restore, but the more I looked at it the more i thought I would not mess with it, it's just to nice. The paint is in great shape, it an older paint job but has no scratches or dings, no fading or cracking..I would say it's a 8.5 plus out of 10. The motor is basically stock 351w it has a big cam, not sure what cam but it sounds nasty... the heads are worked, it has a mighty demon carb, this car is FAST. the trans. is stock fmx auto with no problems, she runs and drives like a dream! I start it every mouth and let it run ten mins or so, everything works like it should but the gas gauge, I was told it's just not hooked up (i don't know) the power steering leaks I had it rebuilt but it still leaks with all new parts, but it has only been driven 20 miles or so in the last 10 years. The interior is every clean not restored the dash has cracking over the speaker and the ac controls has been removed to install vintage air but no air was ever installed. The seats are in great shape, there is a scratch in the driver seat but no rips are holes. Sense I bought this car all I've done to it is put the cal hood and the wheels and tires, she came with 14" chrome wheels (like gt wheels) and the hood was cut for the over sized carb. it looked tacky. The tire and wheels are new with only 20 miles or so with a burn out or two on them. THERE IS NO RUST ON THIS CAR AND HAS NEVER BEEN RUST ON THE CAR, NO RUST REPAIR BECAUSE THERE IS NO RUST!!!!!
