1969 Dodge Charger General Lee, This car is an original 318 engine car with automatic transmission. Car is an older restoration with a driver type paint job, paint is old with various runs and dirt in the paint. The Body is solid, previous owner repaired the trunk floor and driver floor board with sheet metal (amature) job without using the new reproduction patch panel available. I would replace the trunk floor and driver floor boad area with new reproduction patch panels now available. The rest of the car is solid. This car had an original cloth top. The 318 engine runs good and does not smoke. The previous owner rebuilt the automatic transmission to shift manualy. The interior is in a good condition. Previous owner covered the dash paid with leather rather than buying a new reproduction dash pad. Seats and carpet are in good condition along with door and inner quarter panels, Head liner is new but previous owner did a poor job tucking headliner in around the rear window, this can be easily fixed. A/C and Heater is not in working condtion. Transmission was rebuilt without a speedometer gear ie. speedo does not work. Previous owner replaced the dash board wiring harness. Dash lights do not work. Fuel gauge works on and off. Head light work but the vacum flip up head lights are not operating, but all vacum components are in place. Car has new 10 spoke Vector wheels to include tires and authentic push bar. Bumpers need to be rechromed. I have had this car for four months and DIVORCE forces Sale. This is a fun driver. Again I want to state this paint and Body is Amature but is a fun driver, Car is being sold at a NO Reserve. All sales are final and I reserve the option to sell locally and end this auction early. I accept PayPal. Vehicle must be picked up ASAP since I will not be able to store the vehicle for much longer i.e. the divorce.
