You are looking at a 2003 Mini Cooper S. It is Liquid Yellow. It runs well and is in good condition for a 2003 vehicle. It has been smoked in, and there is a very light smoke smell to it. The vehicle is a six speed manual with electric windows and electric sun roof. The A/C is not working. My mechanic has indicated that the vehicle needs a new compressor dryer, expansion valve, and freon which would run about $2,000. Also an airbag is always on. My mechanic has indicated that everything is there and intact (meaning the bag was not deployed). Why the light is on, I don't know. It's a blast to drive, and gets great gas mileage. Unfortunately my 14 year old son is now 6ft tall, and the 10 year old is not too far behind him. We simply don't fit in it anymore. The title is held by the Colorado State Credit Union. If you win the bid, a portion of the bid will need to go to the Credit Union to pay off the balance. They will then send you the title directly. We can have them send it overnight at my expense. The balance of the auction will need to be paid in cash to me on or before you pick up the vehicle. This vehicle had already sold at ebay auction, but the buyer welched on his commitment. While I erred in stating that the title was "clear" in the top box, it was written clearly in the text that the vehicle was owned by a bank. Please understand that I do not have the title, however, we can get the title to you very quickly.
