Radial tires were first introduced, the vaccum wiper tray which had been used since 1968 was eliminated, (Nothing but problems), and 1973 marked the first and only year for rear chrome bumpers and a injected molded urethane front bumper. Of the 30,464 Corvettes produced in 1973 only 4,412 had the LS-4 454 Motor. This car is an excellent investment opportunity. We purchased this car from Purple Heart Donation Program. This Vette is a great fixer-upper project for someone. The engine runs good, but carb. is old, maybe dirty, and idles sometimes, and sometimes it will die. We have never taken this car on the highway, and recommend whoever buys it, check brakes, lights, etc. before driving. We are selling this car exactly as you see it, and AS-IS ! We are NOT interested in any trades. T-Tops are painted black, and are not glass. There will be a $55 doc fee and a $135 auction services fee added to the winning bid. There is no exceptions. California residents will also be charged sales tax, registration and smog fees. All out of state buyers will be subject to California sales tax if they pick the vehicle up in person. This is legally required by the State Board of Equalization as well as the Department of Motor Vehicles. No sales tax will be charged to out of state buyers that ship vehicle by means of a licensed transporter. We require a $250 deposit within 24 hours via paypal, bankwire or cash in person.
