This is a GREAT RARE CAR. The paint is great; the undercarriage is great and the interior is excellent. The speedometer works; the lights works; the gauges work. The horn is on the floor. No cracks nowhere. Headliner is excellent; tires great. Three speed on the column works great. The starter has two ways to crank; one by gas pedal; one with a button under the right side. There has been an extra fan button installed under the dash. When driving the temp stays around 185. This is a 110 horse, straight super 8; 110 torc. It is stilll a 6 volt system with a new battery 6 volt. I was told 22,924 miles are correct, but I will not say they are. The door handles look original - tiny pits. 90 percent of the chrome is excellent. The body is original steel, no rust. Trunk floor and inside floors great; windows are great. She drives down the road at 55 without any problem. I have the owners manuel. The car is 212.3/8 long; 124" wheel base, weight 3880 lbs. with a 19 gallon gas tank. The driver door handle works good, but when you lock it the handle falls down so I do not lock the driver's door. The rest lock. The radio is an AM only. It's tube type. The radio did not come on for me. The windshield wipers are slow to move but work. This car will rate a 98 on any scale. Over $16,000.00 spent on this car. It has tiny flaws that I may have missed but when you see it you will be impressed. PLEASE REMEMBER THIS IS A 1947 - A VERY RARE CAR.
