This car is a 1991 BMW 850i with 147,000 miles. The car is a V12 with a 6 speed transmission. The previous owner was a friend of mine who resently moved to another state. My friend asked that I help him sell it as he had no place to store it where he was moving. My father purchased it from him to help him out. My friend purchased the car for $12,600 in June of 2006 with 145,000 miles. He had it shipped to Florida, where he lived at the time. He took it to a local BMW dealership and instructed them to check it out and fix anything. The bill totaled almost $7,000.00. I have photos of those receipts attached. I also have the Ebay listing from where my friend purchased the car. My friend advised that he did a carfax on the vehicle when he purchased it and it had not been wrecked. I do not have the carfax paperwork, so I can not confirm that. It is my understanding that my dad is the third owner. The car needed minor tuning up when my dad purchased it because it hadn't been driven in over 2 years. The body is almost perfect, only a few minor scratches (original paint). This is a beautiful car and runs/drives like new. Once again, this is a six speed and I have been told they are very rare. The color is black and the interior is black. The interior is almost perfect with the exception of the drivers seat which has some signs of wear and a tiny hole. The factory CD player was taken out before my friend purchased the car. The orginal owner did the following 3 months prior to selling it to my friend: new factory shifter from Germany, new tires and wheels, high performance exhaust, intakes, new clutch, caps and rotors, plug wires, & dme motors. The gas hand has been sticking and I believe it is due to the car sitting for so long. The car has a brand new 18 in Ruff racing wheels and Perelli tires. This car is so far ahead of its time in 1991. We are old school hot rodders, not BMW guys so I can only tell you what I know about this car. It rides like a dream and has LOTS of power. It is definately a car that turns heads and attracts lots of attention. There has only been 2000 miles on the car since it was purchased from the original owner but thousands of dollars spent. It has always been garaged. We welcome anyone to come check out this amazing car.
