This car drives wonderfully, shifts well, clutch excellent, starts, idles, motors along just lovely. It's an incredibly well kept car that shows pride of ownership since day one. The paint is in excellent condition except one scratch, noted below, as are the interior seats, no tears, stains, upholstery, headliner, and trim. Known cosmetic damages: There are cracks in the plastic door pockets and the rear deck under the rear window has small palm size damages on each corner. Please see the photos which clearly show these areas, they are cosmetic and do not affect the performance or workings of the car. There is a small scratch on passenger upper front door area where it meets the a-pillar, see close up photo. There is a slightly tweaked piece of chrome trim below driver side headlight, see photo. There are stains on the passenger side front door panel. These are the only very minor cosmetic issues we could find when going thru this super solid and reliable Volvo. The car's suspension, steering, brakes all work excellent. The car really drives fantastic. There are no vibrations or anything odd or surprising. If you are looking for one of the best cars for your daughter to safely drive in look no further! Or makes a wonderful daily driver, commuter, etc. A/C works Clarion Stereo is the only non-original Volvo item that has been added to this car. Heated Seats These cars are so solid, they are what made Volvo known to be the safest car back in the 1980s before they changed in the 90's and took the 240 off the market. We encourage you to come inspect the car and drive it in person, it really is in fantastic original condition. Note that this car is in "dealer inventory", and as a licensed CA dealer, if you are from California, we will process your tax, license, registration for you as required by law. If you are from outside of California and ship the car, then no extra fees are due, and we will give you a bill of sale and clear title by express mail once your payment clears. If you are from out of CA and want to fly in and drive the car home, then we will have to process the DMV fees and taxes here. Check with your local DMV, these fees are usually credited towards your new title and registration in your home state.
