I am selling my personal truck. I am not a used car dealer or anything like that. I bought this truck in 07 to pull a 28ft offshore boat. I sank the boat in 08 and the truck has not pulled anything more than a 21ft runabout boat since. I have spent the majority of the last 3 years working out of state or out of country. Basically I am saying the truck has have a very easy life since I purchased it in 07. It actually sat at the airport for 7 months last year while I was on a job. Thank goodness our local airport has free parking. Ok, now for the info on the truck. One month after buying this truck from a ford dealer, the egr cooler failed. I previously had a 04 6.0 company truck and knew all about the potential headaches. The dealer was of no help. I did some research and repaired and upgraded the truck myself. I am a heavy equipment/diesel mechanic by trade so the work was nothing I couldn t handle. The egr cooler cracked and the truck was shut down immediatly. Had the truck towed home and the following repairs/mods were performed: complete egr cooler delete, new oil cooler, new 04 model hpop(the 04 model was improved over the 03 model)complete new Ford gasket kit including new mls head gaskets, ARP head studs, new ips, new ipr, and a cat/muffler delete. In Jan of this year I replaced all 8 injectors with ford remans, along with a new injector harness and a new Ford Y pipe. In may of this year the FICM was replaced with a remaned unit from Swamps Diesel. Basically all of the Ford/International deficiencies have been corrected and the truck runs like a top now. It will include a diablosport predator programmer which I used for troubleshooting. I have only ever run it on the towing program, never the 60 or 100hp performance settings. I just like it because I can moniter engines pips and trouble codes. The truck is not in mint condition. It does have some small dents here and there which the pictures will show. The tailgate is pretty beatup from a floorjack I had rolling around in the bed. The truck does need new front rotors as the steering wheel shakes when stopping quickly. The rear tires are fairly worn and will need to be replaced soon. The truck does has the lariet package and the FX4 offroad package. It is the 6.0 Diesel with the 5 speed automatic transmission. 4X4 with electronic shifting on the dash. The hubs also have a manual engagement if needed. It does come with a folding goose neck hitch. It came with the truck and I have not used it ever. I pulled the lever and folded it down when I bought the truck and it hasnt been up since. Oh and this truck has never been mud riding or off roading while I have owned it. I only got the 4x4 for pulling my boat out at wet ramps. It does have the heated leather seats, 6 disk in dash cd changer, electric brake controller, and the AC works great.
