hotrodhabit Store This 99 Suburban has been my daily driver since 2005. I bought it with 78k miles and it now has 177k miles. It has front and rear ac, all power options, cruise, tilt, CD/Cassette/stereo, etc. It will seat 9 when the 3rd row seat is installed. The 3rd seat is not shown in photos because I rarely used it, but it is included. It has the 350 Vortec engine. It has the towing package and has a heavy duty receiver hitch and electric trailer brake controller. It has been well maintained, and in the last year I have put over $3k into this vehicle, including a new transfer case, a/c compressor and condenser, front shocks and rear air shocks, new tires and allignment, in tank fuel pump, headlight lenses and bulbs,etc, and I have replaced the carpet with new factory ($500) GM rubber floor covering. It has never been abused off road or been in deep mud or water, and to my knowledge it has never seen road salt. The suspension is factory stock and it has never been lifted. There is no rust. The body has some scratches and dings but no more than you would consider normal for a vehicle of this age. I've basically used it as a family vehicle and to haul airplane parts in my business. I've taken it on several trips across the country without worry. It runs and drives very well and it's very comfortable. It tows a trailer really good and has power to spare. All of the lights, wipers, power options, etc work properly. It has been a reliable vehicle, but it's not perfect. It could use a front brake job, and the driver's door handle needs repair (I have the parts to fix it but not the time), and the front a/c only works on high. It needs a new fan switch which is about $25 at the parts store. Also on occasion the transmission will shift hard from 1st to 2nd, but it is computer/sensor related and returns to normal if you turn the car off and back on again. That being said, I would not hesitate to drive it anywhere, in fact I just drove it to Louisiana 3 weeks ago. For these reasons the price is $3000, which is almost $2000 under private party book value. I would rather sell it as is than fix all the little things and sell it for more.
