It is a very original 1959 Cadillac Sedan DeVille 4dr Flat Top that is in very good condition. This has been a southwest car for it's whole life. The owner finally decided to part with the car after 20 plus years. It only has 60K original miles on it and is for the most part very solid. This baby is all original except for one paint job done many years ago. These 1959 Cadillac's are not only American Icons but legends for being 'The coolest cars ever built'. This is the car to have if you want to feel like an instant celebrity. It's the ultimate cruiser and it gets more attention and appreciation than any exotic or new luxury car could ever get! This car is in very original condition. It was painted once in it's original of Dover White done many years ago. The car really deserves a beautiful new paint job but it could be driven the way it sits right now and still looks great. The body is for the most part very solid. The underside of the car is totally rust free and original with all original floors. The bottom of the outer rockers and quarters has some minor bubbling and blistering, but can be fixed very easily. They are all shown in the pictures below. This car looks like it has never been hit or messed with and everything fits perfectly. All the chrome and stainless on the car is in good original condition and looks great for being 40 years old. A few of the chrome pieces has some minor pitting. The original hubcaps also in great condition! The interior is all original except for new carpet, ordered in two tone white and black. The dash pad is in excellent original condition with no cracks. The chrome on the interior is in great condition. The horn ring is broken but the steering wheel is very nice. Everything work great on the car except the horn. Inside the trunk, it looks great and has been all redone! Mechanically, this little Caddy runs and drives great. The engine compartment is all stock and beautifully detailed. This car always starts right up and floats down the road beautifully. The car really needs nothing mechanically and is ready drive and have fun with! This is an ultra rare classic car that is only going up in value as time goes on. All in all, this is a great original car that could be driven the way it is or with a little time and money would be a $50K plus '59 Cadillac.
