This Car is a 1962 Chevy Impala Sedan, 4 door Hardtop, item is a 6 cyl, item has no title, I bought it just as seen in photo's , Car does not run, but i have never tryed getting it to run, I have check to make sure engine was not lock-up, it is not lock-up, item would make great parts, or project car, last plates on car - Apri-78, car is missing a few chrome parts but otherwise totaly intact, item has some dangs & dents and ate out spots such as drivers lower panel side, surface rust on top of car is only surface rust - , This item being sold as is, must be towed on trailer or dolly, can be bought and pickup at later date..... if interested please ask question or for other photo's .thank you. ''has 4 screws that holds down the valve cover'' item has all the glass, two wing windows has like fog in glass, all other windows looks good, seats have some rips and tears but for the most part are repairable or can be redone, There is a hole in floor board on drivers side & passgner side,'' should be in photo'' I believe most of this car is still soild, one door is stuck close, the other 3 opens and closes good but latches on two of them dont catch, all doors are reuseable and soild, headliner falling down, '' can be seen in photo''.motor does crank good, but does not start, battery does not go with this car, i took it out of my tractor to check-out engine, and if car sells i will show you that it cranks ok before i remove batt, hood, trunk lid, dash, all good, body - some of it needs work like the lower drivers side -ate-out but most of it looks pretty good.. i have listed this as teal for the color but not really sure about the color, so look at photos, this is what car and photo's look like.On Jul-25-11 at 20:24:22 PDT, seller added the following information: Note - in this listing i have car as hard top, it only means the top is hard - it does not mean the top is removeable as a hardtop convertible......also for those interested in restoreing car, '' Car has no title''.....so please check with license bureau in your area to see what you need to do to get a title before bidding, if you have already bidded and it sounds like too much trouble withdraw your bid, I think it would be a good restoreable car or a great parts car, thank you.
