You are bidding on an original 1931 Ford Model A Deluxe Rumble Seat Coupe with approximately 83,000 miles. This car has the original upholstry (which shows a little wear, but it is 80 years old!) The original engine runs like a champ. It is on 19 inch tires and does have a new battery. The brakes work great, and the radiator does not leak. It goes down the road and is eye catching!! This Model A has been owned by my grandpa for the last 40 years. He always had it in the shed, and he did have it repainted about 15 years ago, but there was no damage, so no bondo anywhere on this car. The paint was just faded. The Ford footstep on the running boards, the hood ornament and the glass wind deflectors are an upgrade to this model in the 30s, as is the rumble seat. However, this is the deluxe rumble seat model which includes the fender steps to get into and out of the rumble seat. The windshield is adjustable and under the seat, you will find the original jack, crank, and wheel wrench. This car even includes the original license plate (see pictures). The seat would need a cover, or new upholstry, however, the head liner is still tight. Even the back window has the roller shade in place and working.
