In this auction is a truly fantastic 1964 Ford Falcon Futura Convertible in original condition.I purchased this car from California last summer and had her transported.... she IS an original beauty! My situation has changed and I cannot keep her unfortunately... Below are the details on this vehicle to the very best of my knowledge & all photos taken are an excellent representation of condition. 1964 Ford Falcon Futura ~ automatic / power convertible top in excellent conditionUNDER 75,000 original miles!!!3 speed manual transmission on the column ~ 6 cyl transmissionThis vehicle was originally white, but was repainted (not sure when) white againAbsolutely NO sun damage to the interior seats... they are practically perfect which amazes me!! (I hope you can see that in the photos!)There is some sun wear on the dash and other metal portions of the interior doors.The floor carpet is also in excellent condition.The drivers side door has one latch that is broken. While it does not affect the movement of the door, it has caused a dime size dent that you may be able to see in the photos. I have not had the time to find that part to replace it. That is how I bought it also.There is a small 'ding' on the front drivers side above the head light... i took a specific picture of that so it is accurately represented for you.I did find and purchase an original gas cap for this car.... it was not in yet when I took the photos~ but its on the car now.The lock cylinder on the glove box is also not working.... It IS with the car... but you'll want to fix or replace that.Last summer, I had this vehicle fully inspected... all timing restored to original factory settings... engine and carburetor cleaned... etc........She runs really great! There is a manual choke that you have to find "the right spot" in setting for when starting her up if she hasn't been driven for a bit & if you do lots of idling in town....
