Police Seizure This vehicle was seized by the Northlake Police Department and awarded to us by the courts. The vehicle is being sold AS IS with no warranty and no return. The vehicle does have a clear title. The vehicle is a silver 2004 Infiniti FX35 AWD loaded with 82,499 miles. This car seems to run smoothly. The A/C blows cold. The vehicle has a 3.5L DOHC SMPI 24-valve V6 engine. It has a 5-speed automatic transmission w/OD and snow mode. It is all wheel drive with traction control and vehicle dynamic control. It has the technology package that includes cruise control, navigation system, anti-theft system, rear parking aid, back-up camera, keyless entry and keyless start, 6 disc in dash CD player. The vehicle also has seat memory, steering wheel controls, Bose stereo system with 6 speakers, vehicle information system with 6.3" LCD screen, power everything, privacy glass, spare tire, jack, trunk mat and net, leather seats, leather steering wheel, leather gear shift, luggage rack, electronic moon/sun roof and much more. The vehicle has keyless entry and keyless start, but does not have a key. You can start and drive the car as long as you have the keyless entry with you or in the car. The dash on the vehicle was bubbled when we received the car, but it was under warranty and Infiniti just replaced the dash and all the recalls associated with this model. The leather seats have some small marks and are creased, but no obvious signs of tears. The vehicle needs all new tires and the vehicle has been smoked in.
