Hi. Up for auction today is my Kill Bill blue 74 Karmen Ghia. Really hate to part with her but need funds to help out a deserving family member. As with most of these Ghias she gets compliments and questions wherever I drive her. Car is in very good shape and I hope she finds a good home with someone who can enjoy such a classic as much as I have. All original equipment except for an upgraded stereo with underdash CD changer and four Pioneer speakers. Not shown is the original oil bath air filter which will be included with the sale. I have also switched to an electric fuel pump hookup but the original is still mounted and can be used if desired. Front end has lowering spindles which I think adds to the look and handles great. Runs down the expressway strait as an arrow and shifts smoothly, I have also added a close ratio spring loaded Scat Shifter which makes gear changes a breeze.Tires are 60-70%. New interior installed approx. 4 years ago which includes carpet, seats, door panels and headliner. One small rip on side seam of drivers seat and a couple cracks on the dash pad are the only issues that need to be addressed inside. I am fairly sure that the paint is original and for a car this age still looks good but I had planned on a fresh paint job since there is the normal problems developing around the headlight buckets and a few small bubbles on the drivers side behind the front wheel opening and on the passenger side rear wheel well ( see photos). Nothing major yet but should be taken care of to prevent any further problems All Chrome trim and seals are in VERY good shape.I think these were replaced by the previous owner but I wont say that for sure. Floors pans and undercarriage are solid. NO oil leaks or smoke. Has front disc brakes and pop out rear windows. All electrical and lights work. clock works intermittently. Heater works fine. No more points to worry about or adjust. This also increased both performance and starting ease. The standard distributor with a new cap,rotor and points will be included with the sale.
