Honestly like New ! There are no leaks, compression is good, runs well, starts well. The original owner lost interest, covered his motorcycle in the back of the garage and basically buried it with belongings from view, and forgot about it. Prior when used the Oil was changed often probably more often than needed. When found, I did the flowing last year: Changed oil & filterChanged the Air filterRe-built the front brake controller ( the fluid had dried )Replaced both tires with new Had licensed Motorcycle Repair shop re-build the carburetorsCleaned Fuel Tank Washed the bike, waxed the tankIncluded with the purchase: 1. Original Owners Manual 2. Honda Repair Manual 3. New Oil & Air Filter 4. SHOIE Saddle Bags 5. Additional (2) Loud Auto Horns 6. Windshield Damage: 1. Small chip in tank, size of a pea 2. broken lock keeper on SHOIE bag-- not really noticable 3. Missoing Honda emblem over Battery cover -- appears to have fallen off, no damage at that area... Pics tell the true story... If you really know bikes, the close-ups of the exhaust tell the whole story... They are not even discolored ! I was going to ride the bike, but back trouble prevent enjoyment. As the second owner, I personally believe this bike will last for many years with proper care. The purchaser is getting an almost new bike for less than a third the cost of new. Most parts, if needed, are available with some research. The photos are untouched and taken close to provide trust with the viewer.
