1977 DATSUN 280Z BEST CAR OF IT'S TIME: New Paint less than 1 year ago, new wheel cylinders, new rear brakes, new carpet,new rear louvers,new speakers, new exhaust. Many extra parts,interior parts,2 new rotors for front brakes still in box,brain box,refinished wood steering wheel,brakes pads,.Engine runs strong, has a header that is the only non stock item.It was painted a Chrysler blue, saw another car in the shop getting painted and chose that instead of the orginal power blue. The bad, front fender got crunched, ( I will have it fixed before buyer picks up) when mechanic checked brakes he forgot to tighten tire, and since closed shop.I would put new tires all around, going to need new floor boards in the near future as most Z's do. A couple of minor scratches. Dash is cracked, has a half cover on it, which also has a crack, most Z's do have that problem once again.Rear tail light pass side has a hole in it. Seats will need to be replaced, rip in driverseat, pass seat no rips .A/C is not working, I never put a belt on it, so it may work, it's a Delco compressor, easy to find. This is a good car fun to drive, I am being as open as I can about it. Get in and drive anywhere. If your looking for a Z that you want to keep, this is the one. Some of the white interior has turned tanish, there is a plastic paint that will return it to it's bright white, it's made for leather,plastic, many body shops use it, but it's about 9.00 bucks a can. But well worth it.
