this is a project that i started with by getting it mechanically sound before i started by sending the heads to florida and having them done to keep the original heads built stock and the original turbo was sent to texas to be rebuilt it has new top end completley rebuilt with new water pump new belts still has smog pump on car factory air that needs to be charged .the dash has no cracks and in great shape the clock actually works . i have all fender flares and spoilers for this rare car. the t tops are original and in great shape the interior will have to be re upholstered and door panels are cheap to just buy new ones the power windows work along with the cruise the last time i drove it before i stripped her down to the metal it needs the usual body work on the car being an 81 trans am my father in law was my body man but lost his battle with cancer during this project sad to say and just cant do it myself.and really lost the heart to finish it without him beside me.this is a car you can back out of my shop off the lift and drive it on your trailer i will put a battery in it for that.i have my 1979 4 speed anniversary in the basement and really dont have room for this project. i just hope who ever buys it will enjoy finishing this very rare car. and i also know alot of people that deals with these cars all over the u.s. so i can help if you need help finding anything you might need to finish this beautiful car. i also have 2 turbo 8 inch wheels you can have with this car.good luck on your bidding and thank you for your interest in this classic you will be able to make money on or enjoy selfishly by yourself .cause it is priced very cheap and has to go.
