Vehicle Detail
First picture with what I started with BEFORE is started my parts collections process and disassembly. My goal was to build a fun, driveable GT500 Clone! Complete restoration needed of this very nice convertible. Please study pictures BEFORE asking questions or bidding. Has rusty floorboards but NOT bad; torque boxes and subframes very nice; outer rockers nice and trunk very good. I have most, if not ALL of the pieces to convert to GT 500 CLONE: good 390 with recent rebuild and edelbrock carb/cam/intake kit complete with all brackets; Bell housing clutch and toploader four speed with linkage; 9 inch rear with 28 spline axles; granada disc brake front complete spindle assemblies; complete rear disc brake assembly with emergency brake cables; new gas tank. For the body, the front fenders are in great shape with now lower rustout - see pictures; rear quarters only need lower 1/4 patches; trunk and drop off are nice. I have NEW GT500 fibreglass hood, and complete front end pieces including expensive grill trim; side scoops and fender extensions; the trunk lid is from a REAL GT500. This is power top car and everything worked good before I began dismantling. I have taillight panel with Original Ford taillights and trim new in Ford boxes. Complete Shelby Roll Bar with proper extensions and 1/4 panel trim. I believe I have accumulated 95% of what is needed to put this together as a clone. Please ask questions BEFORE bidding. Bidding requirements: I will accept a $1000.00 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit, and need balance of cleared funds, in my back before the car leaves my driveway (no scammers, please !) I WILL accept Pay-Pal for whole transaction, however YOU will pay the fees that Pay-Pal charges me! Make sure your wife, girl-friend, minister, or dog approves of your purchase BEFORE bidding and check my feedback!
