This auction is for a 2002 Ford Windstar. This is a one owner vehicle and I have most of the maintenance records for this vehicle. I am a non-smoker. This van has a problem with the ABS unit. The ABS/Brake warning lights have been on for about 2 years. The ABS computer module needs to be replaced. There is some rust on both sliding doors, the hood, and on the rear lift gate. The rust on the sliding doors has gone all the way through the metal in places. This rust makes the passensger sliding door difficult to close. This van has been in two minor accidents. One involved another vehicle backing into the rear lift gate while the van was parked. The rear window was replaced and the lift gate was repaired. The another accident was a low speed crash in which the front driver’s headlight unit, driver’s quarter panel and bumper were damaged. All items were repaired. Currently, in addition to the rust, there is damage to the passenger’s side lower quarter panel near the mud flap, and a hole in the front bumper. The interior is in fair condition. There aren’t any holes in the seats. One of the rear floor mats has a hole in it. The plastic trim has some scrapes and scratches all around. The plastic jack cover door is damaged. Overall, this van is typical of what a well used 9 year old family vehicle looks like. This a 7 passenger van. The van also comes with an extra set of (4) Goodyear All Season tires. These tires are one season old. Currently there is a set of snow tires on the van. The snow tires are well worn.
