First of all, thank you for viewing my auction. This car is from a private collection and never offered to the public before.  I am listing this 1993 Cobra for a customer and friend. I own a Mustang shop that has been in business for 17 years and am very particular with these cars. I have known this car and maintained it since 1996 for him and his family who bought the car new. Has been transferred through-out the family several times. Fully loaded, The original Goodyear GSC tires lasted 38K miles, so it shows you how it has been driven and taken care of. Oil has been changed every 3K miles or 6 months with the Mobil 1 10W 30 synthetic. First oil change was done at 97 miles with Ford non-synthetic, and the second done at 2315 miles with Ford non-synthetic. All oil changes since have been Mobil 1 synthetic. Underside, and inside of wheels detailed at least once a month as is the exterior and interior. Carpets have never been shampooed and still look like new. Car is also waxed at least once a month and always garaged, except when at events, but covered when possible. This car is impeccable for the price. No paintwork, no accidents, and no modifications. Even original mufflers, exhaust, and engine are untouched. Never wrecked or apart. Ashtray door, console door, map pockets, floor mats etc are all original and still function as intended. Ice cold A/C. Car does not overheat even in 115 degree weather. I let the car idle for 45 minutes in 118 degree heat this week and it did not get 1/2 way on the temperature gauge. I then drove it to make sure there were no issues, or pinging...no problems.  Car is meant to be driven and enjoyed. Looks like a 20K mile car. Car has always been garaged and most of the miles came from driving it on nice days a couple times per week and to several national Mustang shows through-out the years. Been caught in the rain 4X it's whole life, and detailed right after as soon as possible. Never raced or abused. SVT letter and original signed certification, and envelope, etc come with the car. # 3397 of 4993 Cobras built in 1993. Do your research on your own, I'm not going to go in to detail on the differences of the GT, LX 5.0 and a Cobra, etc, etc. If you're looking at this listing, I should hope you've done your research as to the rarity and all the differences between other 93 Mustang models and a Cobra. One of 1079 Cobra's built in black with Opal Grey leather, one of 14 built with optional cd player, power seat (still works on all 4 settings), factory chrome wheels (really clean and original wheel lock key included too), and no sun roof ( they all leaked anyway). 124K miles. New Ford Racing clutch installed at 114K. You are better off getting one of these cars that have been driven and properly maintained than one with super low miles that has not been properly stored or has dried up seals. Nothing leaks on this car and it burns no oil. Gets 25+ MPG on the freeway!! CA registered, and passes smog with no issues, until November, 2011. Autocheck gave a low rating as the odometer on all 93 and older Mustangs only go up to 99,999, after that they roll back to 0 and start over. Car is documented and real at 124K. Runs and drives like 40K or less!! Tires have less than 1K miles and are Falcon Ziex ZR's, brakes front and rear are new, including rotors and pads all around All leather interior with power driver's seat. Never been smoked in, no stains, still smells new, passenger's seat rarely sat in, rear sears never sat in, dash cover put on when car was new (dash looks like like new!!!! All vents have their original, white silk screening that is unfaded, or marred!!) , as was headlight covers ( which have kept headlights perfect) and hood bra. Windows were tinted 2 days after car was bought so there is no interior fading like most all the others out there!! Car is VERY clean top to bottom  Only flaws are driver's seat has some wear, a few minor chips in the paint and the fading on front bumper, part of the hood, and a very small area on passenger's side hatch. This car looks like a 20K mile car, It is that nice. The reason it has never had any paint work is so that nothing is hidden. None of the family wanted to risk doing any paint work, and have the result not being correct. You can do the job or have done as nice as you want it and know for a fact there is no damage hiding under the paint. All original VIN stickers on EVERY body panel, and original FORD OEM lights front and back, all trim was refinished professionally by my Mustang shop in the past 3 months....all front and rear window moldings, door handles, side mirrors, cowl grill, antennae mast/base,  upper door trims, and quarter windows. I have owned over 100 93 Cobras and 93 Cobra R's and am VERY familiar with these cars!! I know what to look at and what they are and were from new Car is available for inspection and can be driven or shipped anywhere. Car is tight with no rattles, wind noise, leaks, etc.! The underside is as clean as the the rest of the car. The pictures speak for themselves. This is a beautiful car and PERFECTLY balanced as far as looks, safety, economy, handling, braking, comfort, reliability, sound, and performance!! You can drive this car anywhere with no issues. This is the most balanced car you will ever drive. I did a Buy It Now, if you don't want to bid and wait, or you can bid and hope to get it. Outright price for this car is $14,499.99. Deposit of $500 must be made immediately thru Paypal upon the use of BUY IT NOW and remaining balance due with in 7 days of winning car. You will not find a nicer one for the money that is all stock. The other 2 Cobras listed are already bid higher than my reserve. These cars are very hard to find. I also would like to add that this car didn't have the front bumper drilled for the ugly front license plate bracket like the other two listed, and this car is a CA car, not a car stored in humid salty air like the other two either that do not have any underside photos. This is why I took as many pictures as I did, including the underside, so you can see how well preserved this car is. All the original markings, drips, stickers, etc are there!!! Had a person ask if anything on the car does not work. EVERYTHING works!! Power seat motors work perfectly forwards and backwards as well as up and down, all power windows and locks work perfect, CD player works on all functions, no burnt out bulbs anywhere, even the rare original Ford alarm key fob works and locks and unlocks the doors. This Cobra runs and drives excellent and has never been raced, modified or abused. There are no odors, rattles, or odd noises. You can drive this car anywhere.
