This is 1977 Classic Volkswagen Beetle Rat/ Volksrod! This car started off as a project between my father and I and now I am leaving for college and we do not have the time to complete her. Let me just say this car is an absolute blast to drive! People always smile at you as you drive by because no one has these cars anymore especially one like this! The car has been stretched 8 inches, all fenders have been removed, the headlights are original off of a '32 Ford and the taillights off of a '36 Ford. (The headlights alone were $800). The motor has a fresh rebuild and has a little over 500 miles on it. It has a cam in it and the Baja Stinger exhaust. All 4 tires are brand new white walls and a front disc brake conversion. It has a Hurst Shirt Throw shifter and shifts smooth. The car starts right up with no problems and runs very strong. The headlights are hard wired so at the moment, when you aren't driving you have to disconnect the battery pole behind the passenger seat. This car for the price is an absolute STEAL! NO RUST! To finish it entirely all that needs to be completed is the interior. The seats are brand new as are the door panels.
