No Reserve! 1948 Dodge Town Car Sedan Flat head straight six engine Three on the tree Four door with rear suicide doors As you can see in the pictures, there is not a dent on on this car. The only cancer is in the front floorboards. There is no body cancer/rust. The patina you see in the pics is awesome. I picked this up for a rat rod project but have too many irons in the fire. I was told it ran and drove and had new brake work done. I put in a new battery and poured gas down the carb, it turned over and sputtered but did not continue to run. I traced the issue to poor spark and was informed it was probably a resistor issue. Again, I do not have the time to play with this rig and am by no means an electrical expert. The hood is not currently attached as you can see it is strapped on in the pics. This would be an easy restore with such an awesome/straight body to start with or a sweet rat rod/sled project. Also included is an extra grill, hub caps, and various other small parts in the trunk. Please take a look at the pics, call/email with any questions, have it looked at by a third party if needed, and bid accordingly. This is a no reserve auction, all bids are final, and the car will sell to the highest bidder. I will hold the car free of charge for 2 weeks and then for $20 per week under covered storage.
