Here is a very nice 1965 Mustang GT Clone Coupe that we just took in on trade at our dealership. This is very clean and very solid, rust free southwest car that has been mostly restored but needs a little TLC to be totally finished. This is a C-code car and has a great running 289ci 4v with a factory 4-spd. The car has a nice driver quality Poppy Red paint job with a nice black interior with pony seats. All the chrome and trim in very nice. It is sitting on a set of very looking magnum 500 wheels with good BFG tires. This baby is a real head turner. This truck is selling to the highest bidder at NO RESERVE!!!!!!!!!! The list of options as it is currently equipped is as follows: 289ci V8 Engine - 'C' Code 4spd Transmission Bucket Seats Pony SeatsGT Option PackageShelby Hood ScopeMagnum 500 WheelsOriginal AM Radio Etc, etc..... This is a clean cruiser that has a great look! The exterior of this car is in very nice condition. It has nice looking driver quality paint job finished in Poppy Red. The paint has a couple small flaws. The paint is cracking a touch where the fiberglass hood scope was molded in, right headlight bezel doesn?t fit well and the front valance is bent a touch. This is a rust free southwest car with excellent body and the underside has original floor and totally rust free. I believe it has always been a California/Arizona car all of its life. All the chrome and stainless on the car is in really nice condition and looks great. It has a very clean black interior in it that looks great. The carpet looks fairly new as does the seats. The rear seat has some cracking on the top edge due to the sun. Here is where the car needs some work. Basically nothing works in the car except for the lights and the wipers. It's going to need someone to go through the car and fix everything. The heater is not working and is missing some components. The dash looks nice and it has a nice custom steering wheel. Mechanically, this little beauty runs great and drives very well. The engine compartment is very clean. It has a strong running 289ci 4v engine with aluminum intake and engine dress up kit. It would not take much to make this a great driver. This is a very popular classic Mustang that is only going up in value as time goes on. All in all, this is a nice car that with a little TLC would make someone an excellent classic or work on it as you go and drive it as it is.
