Vehicle Detail
Great barn find - 1968 Oldsmobile Toronado- 78,591 miles give or take a few. was found parked under carport in nearby area. vehicle has been parked for some time. Have orginal license plate from 1968 and it goes with vehicle. Listen to the 455 cu in engine and you know why the 455 was so great. It still even has working flip up headlights. Car does need restoration work. we cleaned it up a bit but we did not do any body work. we did replace the carpet and headliner. the rest is up to you. as you can see the body has some rust, we noticed some old repair and repaint.Speedometer not working. Car starts nice and drives good. brakes a little soft. any questions please ask. vehicle comes with an clean, open South Carolina Title. 1968 Toronado Whats new for 1968: Toronados received bolder front end styling with split grilles for 1968. Tail lights were moved to the bumper in the rear. The 425 engine was replaced with the 455. For even more power, buyers could opt for a Force-Air induction system that included high-output cam, higher axle ratio and dual exhaust. 68 Oldsmobile Toronado Dimensions and Capacities Exterior Dimensions Coupe Overall length (in.) 211.4 Wheelbase (in.) 119 Luggage cap.
