1970 International Scout 800A. Last year the 800 was made THIS TRULY A RARE FIND VEHICLE. I bought this scout from an old man out of his barn. I believe the mileage to be correct but not for sure. I have installed a new complete brake system all around the vehicle. I gave it a complete tune up. A new ignition switch, new head lights, new tail light lens covers, top of the line Rancho shocks on all 4 sides, and a top of the line Rancho steering shock. It has a new battery. Also has original back seat.The bed is painted with a truck bed coating. The tires I have on it are 31 x 11.5 x 50. It has a 2inch lift. I also have a full top that goes with this vehicle. I also have some extra parts that I have bought ie: master cylinder, wind shield wipers, wiper motor , an original heater plus a few more extras that goes with it. The seats need recovered, but to the buyer I will throw in a huge roll of black upolstry that I bought to do them with. The motor is an original 304 V8 with a 2 barrell Holly carburator. The motor is strong but does have a little ping, was told that can be adjusted out. I have the valve cover gaskets but just have not had the time to do it. The transmission is strong and solid. It is a 4 speed with a granny gear that would climb a brick wall if it could stay ahold of it. If you are looking for a complete 4X4 Iternational Scout this is the one.
