A bunch of pictures to follow. This car was owned by Tom Hoover. For those who know mopar history, you'll know him as the father of the Hemi engine. We bought this car straight from Tom Hoover himself. According to Tom, he had rebuilt the motor in it prior to us purchasing. This car was in running condition at the time we purchased. We've done nothing to the car since ownership. There were plans of restoring it at one point. Other cars took priority and we simply never got around to it. With other projects in front, we've decided it is time for this one to go. We cranked it up and it drove perfectly fine today. I would have no concern having this as a daily driver. I would rate the paint as a 4.5 out of 10. If you didn't take the roof into account, I'd rate it a 5.5-6 out of 10. I've owned a lot of cars and I'm very honest when it comes to describing them. Most sellers on ebay don't describe a car honestly. You can see on the driver side quarter, there is some slight bubbling. There is no obvious rust that I've seen on the body of the car, that isn't documented in pictures. Since this car has set, I would assume some things might need attention for true hard road driving. I'd want to go through the brakes, drain the brake fluid and flush all fluids. The motor is not numbers matching according to Tom. We called him earlier this week to confirm. You're not getting a perfect car, but this is NOT a bucket either. The reserve is very reasonable, well under 10k.
