Up for auction, 1951 Chevrolet 3100 ½ ton 5 window pickup truck . Frame off restoration, done in traditional 50’s hot rod/ rat rod style. Was restored 4 years ago. The drive line is a rebuilt 235 6cyl. from a 58 Chevy bored .30 over with headers and custom dual exhaust. 4 speed on the floor, side loader transmission from mid 70’s Trans am, and 1975 suburban rear end. All of which fit together nicely for good around town and highway driving, driven on highway many times. Less than 1500 miles on rebuilt engine. Has Original front end with straight axle. -The body for the most part is stock, except for the two piece hood has been welded together to make it a one piece and it is also peeked in the front. There is also a roll pan in the rear with custom frenched in tail lights. Lots of Pinstriping done by myself Krazy K. This was originally a Texas truck so there was hardly any rust and where there was rust it was cut out and new metal was put in place. Painted Flat black, Engine compartment is painted in gloss black with lots of pinstriping; Wood in the bed has all been redone. -Interior has custom made door panels, custom behind the seat console and custom headliner with radio on the roof. Dash is done in metal flake paint. Electric wipers, Mohave heater... Over all this is a great running, dependable driver, looks great and always get attention. Documented Restoration.
