This is a very straight, clean and lightly used classic truck. The original owner ordered it from the factory specifically to do some travelling around with a camper on the back. He did not do much travelling and the truck sat for years and years. I am the 3rd owner. My son in law bought it from the original owner, did a light restoration and gave it to me for some money he owed me. Here is a list of all the restoration work done by him and by me after I got it. This truck has an automatic transmission and does not have power steering. Now it runs and drives just like it was new from the factory. The mileage on the Speedometer is truly the original mileage and it has never been turned over. 1. New original color Two Tone Paint. 2. New door seals 3. Completely rebuilt 352 V-8 Engine. 4. New dual exhaust system. 5. Transmission serviced. 6. New wheels and tires. 7. New rear brakes and brake cylinders. 8. New fuel pump. Now here are the negatives...The seat needs to be reupholstered. The black plastic on the dash is cracked. The fuel guage does not function. There is a pinhole leak somewhere in the filler neck to the gas tank and sometimes gas fumes can be smelled in the cab. All in all, though, this is a beautiful, very functional pickup that can be driven home to anywhere a vehicle can be driven.On Jun-10-11 at 09:47:33 PDT, seller added the following information: For those of you considering buying this truck, I wish to assure you that it is in better condition than you think it is.
