We use Carfax to determine the basic information on the vehicles, like the number of previous owners, and the original in-service and warranty dates. we use the information as a basic guide, but we do not trust that the information is complete enough to pledge the complete integrity of the vehicle. We recondition our cars to the fullest. We may pull out the dings, or touch up chips, or even paint a bumper cover to make the car right for our next customer. We road test our cars, and inspect the undercarriages as well. We will do our very best to describe the condition of the exterior and the interior of the cars. Terms & Conditions Questions: All vehicles that we auction have clean and clear titles (no salvage/no recondition title). All Dealers and Individuals are welcome to bid. If the above items are not met within the allotted time frame, the vehicle will be sold on a first come basis. The winning bidder must complete the transaction within 4 days from end of auction. All sales are subject to a $487.00 dealer fee. Florida residents pay 6.00% sales tax plus additional county tax. Out-of-state buyers may register and pay applicable taxes in their home state. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs. We will arrange for shipping, if requested. Also, the transportation to and from Fort Lauderdale Airport can be arranged. Vehicles that we auction are nice trade ins or wholesale purchases so they tend to be nice and clean cars. The vehicles in the auction are pre-owned vehicles and are sold "As Is". Payments:A deposit of $300.00 payment must be paid within 4 hours of the close of the Auction. When the deposit has been submitted, "Buyer" MUST fax or scan a copy of their valid, state-issued driver's license. The remaining balance must be paid whitin 4 days and can only be in form of certified funds, wire transfer or bank loan check. If payment is made by cashier's or personal check, we will hold all titles for 10 days or until funds have cleared. some exceptions may apply, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

in case the sale is not finalized for any reason the $300 paypal deposit is not refundable it is used to cover relisting and restocking expenses of that sepcific vehicle.

Title Information: Vehicle titles may be held by banks or lenders as collateral for loans. In many cases there is a delay in receiving the original instruments of up to 30 days from the time we pay a vehicle off. While we usually have all titles in our possession at closing, there are occasions where we may be waiting for them to arrive.

Finalizing Your Purchase: Winning bidder MUST communicate with us by e-mail or phone within 24 hours of the end of the auction to make arrangements to complete the transaction. If we cannot confirm your intention to buy or the sale is not completed within 4 days( including paperwork signed and notarized if requested), we reserve the right to re-list this vehicle or sell to any other qualified buyer. Before the vehicle is released for shipment to the "Buyer", all sale-related and title-related paperwork must be signed and returned completed to the "Seller".

Shipping and Delivery: All shipping charges are the "Buyer's" responsibility. We will help with shipping arrangements but will not be responsible in any way for claims arising from shipping damage! Licensed "Carriers" are generally insured for $3,000,000.00. We assume no responsibility for damages incurred after the vehicle leaves our showroom. All shipping arrangements provided by us are strictly a courtesy. We are not affiliated with any carrier. Any claims or other communication regarding shipment of vehicles will be between you and the "Carrier" and not with us. The amount of time it takes for delivery depends upon the "Carrier" selected. A typical experience is 7-14 days from the date the vehicle is picked up from our facility until it is delivered to your destination. Verify with the "Carrier" for an Estimated Time of Arrival to be sure. There also may be a possibility that vehicle may have been sold on the lot prior to your bidding or offer as we are a high volume store.

Florida buyers will be subject to 6% sales tax. (Plus any county surtaxes). Outside of Florida, buyers will be responsible for applicable taxes in their home state, county or parish.
