**NO RESERVE** Up for grabs to the highest bidder is a 1974 classic super beetle. If your looking for solid project this is the one to start with. The body needs paint and minor dents and blemishes fixed but has very little rust. The floors are solid, there is no sagging and the doors open and shut effortlessly. The left running board will need to be replaced and under the battery pan needs attention but that is the only rust related issue that I am aware of. Now for the bad...the car needs an engine. I have the original engine and started to try and rebuild it but it is severely seized up and none of my efforts to unseize it have worked. The car has 84,300 miles and I have a clear VA title in hand ready to transfer. I bought the car for my teenage son and he has lost interest and wants something he can drive now so it has to go. As I said before, the car is a great candidate for a full restoration or to do a motor swap, new tires brake work and start having fun with it.
